AI Computing Cloud Platform (hereinafter referred to as "This Product" or "AI Computing Cloud") is an image generation and video generation service provided to users (hereinafter referred to as "You") by Zhonghao Xinying (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. We have formulated this policy in accordance with the "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", and other relevant laws and regulations to protect the security of your personal information. This policy applies to your access and use of This Product and its related services through any means. We hope to clearly explain to you how we process your personal information through this policy, so we recommend that you read this policy in its entirety to help you understand how to protect your rights and interests regarding your personal information. You should pay special attention to the terms we have marked in bold to ensure you fully understand and agree before you start using the service.

Your agreement to this policy indicates that you understand the services and functions we provide, as well as the necessary personal information required for the functions to operate, and that you grant the corresponding authorization for collection and use. If you do not perform real-name authentication, it may affect your use of business functions that require real-name authentication. In order to verify the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, or to protect the security of your account, we may compare and verify the real-name information you provide to AI Computing Cloud with your corresponding information stored by institutions permitted by laws and regulations or authorized by government agencies. To protect the security of your account, please do not transfer or rent your account to others for use.
3. If you do not log in to the account of This Product, we will not collect your above personal information, but functions related to login will not be available.

1.2 Image Generation

Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, in order to provide you with a continuous and consistent user experience and ensure service quality, when you use the services of This Product, we will collect the text information and image information you input during your interaction with This Product, and use this information to output content to you to provide image generation services.

1.3 Video Generation

Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, in order to provide you with a continuous and consistent user experience and ensure service quality, when you use the services of This Product, we will collect the text information and image information you input during your interaction with This Product, and use this information to output content to you to provide video generation services.

1.4 Interactive Dialogue (Large Language Model)

During the above functions, you can provide feedback and evaluation on the content output by This Product. We will collect your feedback information, including the content you proactively submit, in order to continuously improve the quality of the output content of This Product. Please note that depending on the specific application scenario, the content input by you or your end users during the use of This Product's services may contain personal information. If you or your end users do not wish for us to collect and process the aforementioned personal information, please be cautious when inputting such information, and provide comprehensive reminders to your end users regarding the aforementioned risks, but this may affect your normal use of some or all functions provided by This Product. Please be sure to provide risk warnings to your end users.

1.5 Other Uses

1. We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, unless permitted by law. After the above personal information retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
2. We will only store the data you upload for the shortest necessary period to provide you with this service. Once the service purpose is achieved, the above data will be deleted or anonymized. We will not use the above data without your explicit authorization, including for model training, optimization, etc.
3. When we want to use your personal information for other purposes not stated in this policy, or when information collected for a specific purpose is used for other purposes, we will seek your consent in advance. If you choose to use other functions not yet listed in this policy, we will explain the purpose, method, and scope of information collection to you through updated agreements or pop-up prompts and seek your explicit consent. If you do not agree to provide the aforementioned information, you may not be able to use that service, but it does not affect your use of other services.

2.1 Log Information

When you use the products and services of This Product, we will collect your IP address information in order to improve products and services and give you a better service experience.

We guarantee to process your personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and please read the privacy policy and user service agreement of the third party in detail.

According to applicable laws and regulations, we may technically process your personal information so that the user cannot be precisely identified based on the information, and conduct anonymized academic research or statistical analysis on the technically processed information (including using the dialogue information you input when using relevant functions), in order to continuously improve the recognition and response speed and quality of algorithm models, improve the intelligence of services, and the ability to understand your input content, but we will not identify your specific identity based on the content you input.

V. Exceptions to Consent

According to laws and regulations, your consent is not required for the collection and use of your personal information in the following circumstances:

1. Necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party;
2. Necessary for us to fulfill statutory duties or obligations;
3. Necessary to protect the life, health, and property safety of natural persons in response to public health emergencies or in emergencies;
4. Necessary for the implementation of news reporting, public opinion supervision, etc., for the public interest, and handling your personal information within a reasonable range;

VI. Use of Cookies

In principle, we will not release your personal information to the public or unspecified groups. However, if you violate laws and regulations or seriously violate agreement rules, in order to protect the personal and property safety of us and our affiliate users or the public from infringement, we may disclose relevant information in accordance with laws and regulations or after obtaining your consent.

7.4 Exceptions

In the sharing, transfer, and public disclosure listed in Article 7, if it falls under the exceptions permitted by laws and regulations, your consent may not be obtained in advance.

VIII. How you manage your personal information

8.1 Inquiry, Copying, Correction, Transfer

If you need to inquire, copy, correct, or transfer your personal information, you can communicate with us through the contact information provided in Article 9 of this policy. After verifying your identity, we will provide feedback within 15 working days.

8.2 Deletion

When the processing purpose has been achieved, we stop providing services, you withdraw consent, or we process illegally, you can request the deletion of personal information. We will handle and inform the result under the premise of complying with laws and regulations.

8.3 Changing Authorization

You can change or withdraw authorization at any time. After the change, we will no longer collect the corresponding information, but the processing based on your previous authorization will not be affected.

8.4 Account Cancellation

You can handle cancellation through the "Cancel Account" function or by contacting us. After completion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

8.5 Request Response

We will handle it within 10 working days after receiving the request. If the request involves circumstances related to national security, public interest, etc., or may infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others, we may not be able to satisfy it.

IX. How we store your personal information

We store the personal information collected and generated during operations in China within China. Unless otherwise required by laws and regulations, we only retain it for the shortest time necessary to achieve the purpose. If operations cease, we will notify you in time and delete or anonymize your personal information.

X. How we protect your personal information

10.1 Technical Measures

We use technology such as Transport Layer Security protocols and Tokens to ensure data transmission security, encrypt information for storage, regularly scan interface security, and prevent malicious attacks.

10.2 Organization and Management

We have established a dedicated personal information protection team, implemented the principle of least privilege and internal control management systems, conducted privacy protection training for employees, and recorded access behavior.

10.3 Security Incident Handling

We have established an emergency response mechanism to deal with personal information security incidents and notify you and relevant regulatory authorities in a timely manner. If measures taken can effectively avoid harm, we may not inform individually.

XI. Protection of Minors

This Product is intended for use by adults only. If you are a minor, please do not use it. If parents or guardians believe that we have collected minor's information without consent, please contact us in time. If enterprise customers use our products to provide services to minors, the enterprise customer is responsible for obtaining guardian consent.

XII. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time, but we will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent. Major changes will be notified to you in a prominent manner. If you do not agree to the updated content, you can stop using or cancel your account.

XIV. Supplementary Provisions

The interpretation and dispute resolution of this policy shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute related to this policy shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties; if negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the Shanghai Pudong New Area People's Court for adjudication. If any clause is adjudged invalid, it does not affect the validity of other clauses.
